You have the right to return your purchase for a full refund, without reason, if you inform us within 14 days of receipt and return the goods, as received, within a further 14 days. It is unlikely but if the goods received are in any way faulty or not as described, please let us know as soon as possible. You can either use the Contact form on this site or the details given on your invoice. We will respond within 3 days to resolve the problem and make sure you are fully refunded i.e. Price paid, postage paid and return postage, if necessary).
